New card every 2 weeks and 7/7 support
We will talk daily to analyze your workouts and physical state, based on which I will send you a new card with different exercises each month and recalibrate the current one.
My main passion is soccer, but I have also practiced Karate for a good 17 years and have been a European medalist on the Cadet and Junior National Team.
